Free CPR/First Aid Tune Up
Get ready for the summer – be safe! There will be a free CPR/First Aid tune up session Sunday May 18th
from 1 pm – 4 pm at the club house. The session is compliments of board member Lee Burgess and his staff at
Western Divers LTD. Previous experience helpful but not required. Wear comfortable clothes. Minimum age 12 years.
There is limited space so please register by Monday May 12th by calling the club - 472-6922. For more details call

2008 Norma Fowler Regatta Set
The 2008 Regatta has been set and notice of race along with an entry form are available
here.
This year's regatta has been named in honor of Norma Fowler who gave her time and talents
to many years to the annual regatta. Norma passed away this fall and the contributions of her
and her late husband Dr. N.E. (Nat) Fowler to the Casper Boat Club will never be forgotten.
It is Time Once Again to Update Your Information

2008 Fees
Your board is pleased to announce that there will be no rate increases for 2008. This marks the 5th consecutive
year your club has operated with no rate increase.
CBC Recieves Responses From Elected Officials to Letter Concerning Proposed Bureau of Reclamation Rule Changes
The Bureau of Reclamation proposed many rule changes that could affect your club as well as trailer and cabin owners
and other users of Alcova lake and other Bureau of Reclamation property. A copy of the proposed changes is available here.
Your board submitted an opinion and a formal response on these proposed rule changes to not only the Bureau of Reclamation, but to
Congresswoman Cubin and Senators Enzi and Barrasso. The board's response to the Bureau of Reclamation can be seen here and the letter to
our elected officials can be seen here.
In mid November the board received two responses from Congresswoman Barbara Cubin which can be seen
