Richard White Eagle

Club Steward

Richard is a seasoned culinary professional with over 24 years of experience in the kitchen. A proud Casper native and graduate of Natrona County High School, Richard began his culinary journey as a dishwasher in his hometown before pursuing formal training at the prestigious Johnson & Wales University in Miami.

During his time in Miami, Richard was honored to work at the renowned Les Halles, gaining invaluable experience in a high-caliber kitchen. His career has since taken him to acclaimed establishments such as the St. Regis Deer Valley, where he served as Banquet Chef for four years, and the Westin Mission Hills Resort & Spa, where he led both the Seasons Grill and Bella Vista Restaurant. While there, he worked alongside and studied under two James Beard-honored chefs, mastering all aspects of the kitchen.

Richard is deeply passionate about guest satisfaction, culinary mentorship, and the power of food to create lasting memories. Now back in his hometown, he is thrilled to bring his extensive knowledge and creativity to the Casper Boat Club, where he looks forward to crafting new menus and sharing his culinary journey with the community.

Stay tuned—next month, Richard will be sharing some of his favorite holiday recipes!
